1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the vd8 platform — including its website, games, betting markets, cashier, account management, and support systems — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the vd8 platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the registered user) and vd8 (the platform operator). They apply to all use of the vd8 platform regardless of the device, browser, or network connection used to access it, whether from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, or anywhere else in Bangladesh.

2. Eligibility

To register and use vd8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. vd8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform.
• You must register using your own genuine personal details — name, date of birth, and mobile number. Using false, borrowed, or third-party details is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of vd8 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the law applicable to you.

vd8 may conduct age and identity verification checks at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal or activating a bonus. Failure to pass verification may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending balances in line with anti-fraud policy.

3. Account Registration

To access the full vd8 platform you must register a single personal account using accurate, current, and complete information. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• Each individual may hold only one active account at any time. Registering a second account — whether under the same or a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum single deposit amount is ৳50,000. vd8 reserves the right to adjust these limits from time to time.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

vd8 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, plus any specific conditions communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account or identity to access the platform.

• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any vd8 game or platform component. Any suspected software vulnerability must be reported to vd8 support immediately.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

vd8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the eligibility, account, bonus, or prohibited activities sections.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, underage gambling, or money laundering, pending investigation.
• Non-compliance with KYC or identity verification requests within the time period specified by vd8.
• At the request of the account holder — players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting vd8 support. Pending bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account holder's funds will be held securely and released if the investigation concludes in the account holder's favour. Where termination follows confirmed misconduct, funds may be forfeited in line with the relevant policy provision.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the vd8 platform — including but not limited to the vd8 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of vd8 or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any vd8 content without express written permission from vd8.

Game content, graphics, audio, and software distributed through the vd8 platform by third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remain the intellectual property of the respective provider. vd8 operates under licence from these providers and does not claim ownership over third-party game content.

10. Limitation of Liability
